As the traditional avenues of Wall Street and real estate are failing us, another not-so-new avenue is coming to the forefront as a wise, reasonable and lucrative investment: land.
Yes, dirt. Turns out that land as an investment—historically older and a better investment than stocks—is still alive and very much kicking.
A typical online search of land as investment or real estate as investment inevitably results in a dead end search as there is a lack of information out there that truly focuses on Real Property as investment. Even more foreign to investors is the idea that quality, valuable property is available FOR PURCHASE online, particularly on eBay. Skeptical? we have boughti think 11 or 13 lots from this company online- and we couldn’t be happier!! yes- we bought all of it as investment- because we know land does not loose it’s value- like the stock market. one of these days we will build on a couple of them- and just keep the others- pass them on to the kids.

I bought two properties from this company and another from Integrity Properties (their sister company) I will buy here again, I am just looking for the right time to do so.

I have bought some lots and sold some lots with Integrity Properties. Currently my interest is more in rental houses than acquiring more raw land. I like the Bridge canyon area outside of Seligman, AZ and the Hidden Valley area south of Maricopa, AZ. All of the counties have enacted Impact Fees which in todays economy is a real bad move. It has eliminated a lot of jobs when combined with the overall housing market. We need to get these local governments to back off on some of this stuff if possible.
Integrity Properties is great! I have purchased various properties from them and I’m very pleased. Everything in their listing was/is just like it reads. All staff are very helpful, professional, responsive, easy to reach and great to communicate with. I will continue to purchase properties through them, and recommend them highly to anyone making these types of purchases or investments!
